We aim for fast deliveries, therefore your order may have already been dispatched after the order has been placed. Then pick up the package and then return the item. The return fee is 29 SEK / 2,9 EUR or 19 DKK. Do not leave the package with the agent, a fee will automatically be added for unclaimed packages.
