I receive an error message at the checkout, what should I do?
We always strive to have a smooth and easy experience at checkout. If you have problems, check below:
- Check that you have the correct country selection at checkout before entering your address
- If you have problems with the payment service from Klarna, please check with Klarna why it occurs.
- Problems with the card payment may have to do with the coverage on the card, check it and try again.
- If you have problems with the discount code, review the terms and conditions that apply.
Sometimes history on your device can cause problems of various kinds, try a private window and hopefully everything will be back to normal.
