I’m missing my package – what should I do?

When your order is shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Start by checking the updates via the link from the carrier. We always aim to meet the estimated delivery date shown in your order confirmation. However, delays may occur during peak periods or major campaigns, and carriers may also experience delays. If the package has been marked as shipped, it should arrive shortly.

If your order hasn’t moved for several days and no new tracking updates appear, please contact us so we can check the status of the shipment.
