If you have already received your order and would like to return it, you normally do not need to submit a withdrawal request. Instead, simply follow our return instructions.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to stop and cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return instructions.
