I haven’t received my refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used when placing your order and can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. For older orders, we may need to process the refund via bank transfer. After we've confirmed the refund, it may take a few business days before it appears in your account.
Tips if you're missing your refund:
- You can find the payment method you used in your order confirmation
- Make sure a few business days have passed since we confirmed the refund
- It may take up to 14 days from when we received the product for the refund to be completed
